Nutritional Coaching

As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, I will work with you to create an individualized plan for nutrition and lifestyle. We will work to assess your health needs, working with you on healthy eating habits, developing a customized meal plan with an eye towards ensuring we include the whole body, mind and soul to restore complete balance. My intake forms that you will complete will give me a clear understanding of your nutritonal deficiencies, toxicity and any hormonal imbalances. My goal as a Certified Nutritional Practitioner is to keep up with the latest research and practices to ensure I provide the best advice to help you live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life!

Our sessions will take place from the comfort of your home via zoom, skype or facetime.

1 Hour Appointment:

Includes: One appointment were we will go over all of your pre-filled intake forms and create an achieveable plan for your health. We will review potential nutrient deficiencies, glandular imbalances, lifestyle and diet.

Your personalized protocol will include

  • Outlining your goals and how to sustainably reach them

  • Breakdown of any deficiencies and how to correct the imbalance

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Lifestyle recommendations

 


Intro To Feeling Your Best (6 weeks):

Includes:

One initial intake consultation – an in-depth look at your health history, discovering any potential deficiencies or systemic problems, and a review of your current diet. You will have 6 weeks of coaching, where you will be supported every step of the way. 

Your personalized 6 week protocol includes

  • Outlining your goals and how to sustainably reach them

  • Breakdown of any deficiencies and how to correct the imbalance

  • Full meal plan including recipes and grocery list

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Lifestyle recommendations


Full Health Reboot (for 3 months):

Includes:

One initial intake consultation – an in-depth look at your health history, discovering any potential deficiencies or systemic problems and a review of your current diet. 

 Two protocols – First following the initial consult and Second 6 weeks after

  • Outlining your goals and how to sustainably reach them

  • Breakdown of any deficiencies and how to correct the imbalance

  • Full meal plan including recipes and grocery list

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Lifestyle recommendations

Weekly check-ins

Eating out options

Optional: Add on additional time for weekly checkins. This is usually recommended if we are working on larger health goals. ($75/ month). You can add on time for both the intro to feeling your best and the full health reboot. 


Private Cooking Classes: $150 (Vancouver or Toronto*)

One of the biggest hurdles when working on your health is to know how to make easy, delicious, and healthy recipes. This is why I am offering this service to you. I will come to your home and teach you how to make a delicious recipe that you have picked out ahead of time. We will have fun in the kitchen and I will show you easy hacks to make cooking (and cleaning up) a breeze!

Optional: I can provide all the ingredients at an additional cost. 

 

Wellness Lunch + Learns: 

A One hour informative talk for your staff or community group. Subjects can be specific to address challenges that your team is currently facing or can be general wellness and nutrition information to help boost productivity and overall well-being. Price will be dependent on the number of people in attendance. Community groups will recieve a special rate. 


7 Day Meal Plan :

I will create a personalized meal plan for you to help reach your individual health goals. The recipes will be created with whole foods with an emphasis on your preferred flavors and types.

Includes:

  • 5 Dinner recipes and how to use them as leftovers for lunch or another dinner

  • 7 Lunch recipes

  • 5 breakfast recipes

  • 3 snack recipes
