Hi there! I’m Janette, a Vancouver based, Toronto raised, Holistic Nutritionist and creater of One Small Shift. I’ve seen time an again clients have HUGE success by first making a shift. This shift starts with your mindset and by the end of our time together, your entire lifestyle has shifted to allow you to live they way you have always wanted to. I believe in helping you find easy and sustainable ways to live a healthy, long life filled with the things you love most!
After graduating from the University of Toronto I had a lot of health issues show up in my life; this led to my path in Holistic Nutrition. From learning to heal myself with food, my passion for helping people do the same inspired me to graduate with First Class Honors from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. With training from IHN, I’ve been equipped to address many challenges that you might face when it comes to taking on a more holistic approach in your day to day life. This is why I believe in taking the time to get to know your needs and wants, while creating a plan that meets your challenges. I help clients with : anxiety, depression, fatigue, digestive issues, food sensitivity, weight loss and more.
My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. I’m not interested in strict, harsh diets and meal plans that take too long or are overly complicated. Instead, I will help you create a plan that fits into your routine, lifestyle and budget!
